    Responsibilities/Main Activities

    Hexagon PPM is seeking to hire a Director – Construction Solutions within our worldwide Go-To-Market group. Hexagon PPM is the world’s leading provider of enterprise engineering software enabling smarter design and operation of plants, ships and offshore facilities. The selected candidate will be responsible for defining, developing and enabling the elements we need to execute on our growth-oriented business plan within Hexagon PPM.

     

    We are looking for someone who can:

    • Generate, cultivate, and expand opportunities for long-term growth from customers, markets, and partners
    • Develop, build and maintain executive level relationships
    • Leverage the expertise, infrastructure, intellectual property, or customers of partner organizations to drive revenue, reach new audiences, increase distribution, and/or enhance existing products
    • Collaborate cross-functionally in the development of the organization’s business plan, strategy, and goals
    • Perform competitive analysis, track industry trends, and maintain extensive knowledge of market conditions
    • Influence strategies and content for customer demonstrations of PPM software solutions. Leads assessment workshops with customers to define their current “as-is” situation with regards to engineering data and documents, identify opportunities to leverage PPM software solutions, build a business case for implementing PPM software solutions, develop technical proposals including budgetary estimates, and deliver a presentation to summarize the assessment work for management
    • Liaison with the customer to discuss any deviations from design specifications during project execution
    • Ability to travel domestically and internationally

    Qualifications and Experience Required

    • Bachelor’s degree in a technical or business discipline; MBA is a plus
    • Minimum 12 years of experience in an international organization, preferable in a software organization with customers in the Construction industry for the Building and Infrastructure sector
