    Position Summary/Purpose

    A self-starter, you will be responsible for developing opportunities in the assigned sector . You are also responsible for assisting channel partner(s) in qualifying and penetrating accounts. 

    Responsibilities/Main Activities

    This role involves:

    • develop opportunities in the assigned sector
    •  management of channel partner(s) in terms of fulfilment of sales target for the assigned sector
    • develop marketing campaign for the assigned sector with channel partner and APAC marketing team
    • provide bi weekly sales report and participate in development of  sales strategy
    • liaison with technical support team to provide optimum post-sales support to customers
    • liaison with Project Manager to ensure that projects are delivered on time and within budget

    Main Activities:

    • Develop sales opportunities and pipeline for the assigned sector
    • Manage channel partner in terms of qualifying and penetrating accounts in the assigned sector
    • Execute business strategies
    • Liaison with technical support team to provide optimum post-sales support to customers and channel partner(s)
    • Liaison with Project Manager to ensure that projects are delivered on time and within budget

    Qualifications and Experience Required

    • A Bachelor Degree in one of the following
    • Industrial Engineering,
    • Project Management,
    • Computer Science
    • Minimum 2 years’ enterprise software solutions experience to Transportation, Infrastructure strongly preferred
    • Prior experience in enterprise software and solutions sales particularly in project cost control, engineering to Government & Infrastructure type project highly desirable
    • The ability to thrive in a fast paced environment, and be entrepreneurial in nature.
    • Knowledgeable of Indonesian government procurement and tendering process
    • Fluent in Spoken and Written Bahasa Indonesia
    • Process a valid driving license and able to travel within short notice

    • Meet the targets for Revenue
    • SFDC data and Pipeline accuracy >90%
    • Pro-active feedback participation
    • Develop 2 new customers in target industry



    • Develop good pipeline win ratio
    • Ability to identify key business issue and propose solutions
    • Improve cold call and leads rate
    • Ability to follow up tasks or leads and update them in SFDC
    • Develop objection handling and negotiation techniques
