    Position Summary/Purpose

    you will be responsible for managing the SEA team and ensuring that all reporting and analysis requirements in the business are achieved on time and effectively.

    Responsibilities/Main Activities

    • Responsible for mentoring and supervising the SEA Finance team.

    • Assisting the function in Financial close, Budgeting/Forecasting and Analysis, Revenue Recognition, Order Processing, Credit and Collection, Intercompany, Fixed Assets Control, Statutory and Tax Compliance, Treasury/Cash Management and Disbursements.
    • Internal Control. Ensure compliance with statutory requirements, corporate policies & procedures and accounting standards.
    • Liaison with regional head office finance team for all financial and management reporting analysis and ensure compliance with corporate reporting datelines.
    • Compile and analyses performance metric and trends for management reporting.
    • Prepare/review revenue recognition assessment for multiple elements contracts.
    • Prepare monthly Interco recharge invoice to RHQ & HSV (SIN) for payroll related/expense cross-charge.
    • Review major contract with regards to financial terms and conditions eg. Payment terms, currency and taxation issues.
    • Liaise with external auditors(E&Y) & corporate secretary(Baker & McKenzie), ensure proper and timely preparation and filing of financial returns in accordance with Singapore, Malaysia & Philippines FRS respectively, arrange for board meeting;
    • Liaise with internal/external tax officers(E&Y/SGV), ensure proper and timely preparation and filing of all the taxes submission including GST submission for Spore, VAT/FWT/WVAT/EWT for Philippines & corporate taxes for all three subsidiaries
    • Provide operational support to business units in SEA;
    • Assist financial controller in planning and managing improvements in systems, processes and workflows.
    • Adhoc projects and duties as assigned and required.

    Qualifications and Experience Required

    Essential

    • CA/CPA qualified with at least 2-4 years experience in similar role preferred.
    • In depth knowledge and working experience in the Enterprise Software Industry,
    • Deadline driven with a track record of planning, organising and prioritising.

    Desirable:

    • Knowledge of Great Plains and Outlooksoft,
