    Position Summary/Purpose

    As an Industry Consultant for the Completions & Commissioning market, your primary role consists of working closely with local and regional sales to grow business primarily in the Korea, Japan and SEA markets. You will collect customer/sales feedback, conducts high level presentations/demonstrations and communicates back to product management/development.

    Responsibilities/Main Activities

    • Responsible for working with the APAC business to help grow their short and long term business, primarily in the Completions & Commissioning market
    • Secondary responsibility to assist grow the Operability and Safety
    • Responsible for market, business case, and competitive analysis to support sales
    • Works directly with Sales/RBD and their prospects, in process of securing purchase orders, and existing clients to prioritize high level product capabilities to develop based upon expected ROI
    • Works directly with selected clients to ensure successful implementation / rollout engagements
    • Attends user conferences, sales meetings etc. to present PPM strategies
    • Prepare and present Webinars / TUFs / Marketing collaterals etc. to promote Hexagon solutions
    • Acts as the primary subject matter expert to supply content for marketing initiatives
    • Facilitate Customer engagement in Product Planning, Scrum Meetings, and sprint reviews.
    • Collaborates with other regional/global business development managers and other product owners within Hexagon

    Qualifications and Experience Required

    • Experience in Completions & Commissioning
    • Ideally with experience in Turnaround execution
    • Qualifications:  Bachelor's Degree in a Technical Discipline
    • Minimum of 10 years related experience, with demonstrable significant knowledge of market needs and competitive dynamics in the PPM industry, particularly Oil and Gas, Petrochemical, Mining
    • Knowledge of Information Management and Integration technologies and principles desirable
    • Strong communication skills – oral, written, presentation
    • Travel to clients/prospects/Hexagon offices is required

    Current KPI Requirements

    • Develop C&C opportunities in new markets in APAC - 3 new accounts
    • Develop skills in the sales organization to help identify opportunities and progress accounts - Deliver targeted training to Sales and BD staff, to be completed by H1
    • Grow reference accounts and user stories to support sales and marketing - minimum 3 user stories
    • Lead campaigns to develop new business
