    Position Summary/Purpose

    This position is responsible for implementing the organization’s (SEA) human resource strategy so that the organization attracts, manages, develops and retains the employees it needs to achieve its business objective.

    Responsibilities/Main Activities

    • General

    Directs a variety of human resource-related strategic programs to ensure that the organization’s human resource requirements are met and that employees are recruited, managed, organized, trained, evaluated and rewarded in accordance with organization’s human resource strategy.  To provide HR guidance and support to the leadership team on a broad spectrum of HR matters.

     

    • Recruitment & Induction

    Implements the organization’s recruitment strategy so that job vacancies are quickly filled, new employees are smoothly integrated into the organization.

     

    • Payroll

    Provide oversight and management of outsourced payroll company in conjunction with the Hexagon SEA finance team.

     

    • Compensation & Benefits

    Designs and implements the organization’s compensation strategy so that outcomes meet business needs and are consistent with the organization’s desired internal and external market position. These programs may include job evaluation and classification; salary administration; short-term, and sales incentive plans; executive compensation; workers compensation; salary packaging. Coordinate the administration of the Annual Salary Reviews and increase letters at the completion of the review process.  Assist the HR Team to complete the annual AIIA salary survey, review the salary survey data against Hexagon’s current remuneration strategies.

     

    • Talent Management

    Talent management and Performance Review program execution and co-ordination against development plans.

     

    • Training & Development

    Analyze and identifies the training and development needs of the organization and its employees and develops an overall training plan to meet the human resource requirements of the organization. Develops, delivers, and evaluates training programs and curriculum so that the know-how, skills, and performance of employees meet the organization’s requirements.

     

    • Management Reporting

    Prepare and submit monthly / annual headcount reporting and budget forecast to Finance.  Also, responsible for any other compensation reports or adhoc reports requested from SEA or APAC.

     

    • HR Administration

    Administers the organization’s established human resource programs so that they are implemented efficiently and equitably and comply with all relevant agreements, individual employment contracts, regulations, laws and the organization’s employment policies and standards.  For example, Insurance and Medical Coverage, Leave and Employee Benefits.

     

    • Relocation

    Work with global mobility company to co-ordinate any relocation to and from SEA.  Also responsible for VISA / Employment pass / Dependant pass applications and issuance for foreigners within SEA.

     

    • Function Co-ordination

    In conjunction with other administration staff, coordination of employee functions such as social club events and the annual team Parties

     

    • Administrative & Office Support

    Responsible for the administrative activities of the overall organization so that equipment, supplies, user accounts and other resources are setup and used effectively. Maintain employee files and shared drives and any other tasks or projects as directed by the HR Team Projects as required

     

    • Others project work as required

    Qualifications and Experience Required

    Esse

    Initial

     

    • Over 10 years in HR Bus Partner Roles of Multi-national companies
    • Good command of English, both spoken and written is required
    • Good computer skill (Excel, Power Point)
    • Bachelor’s degree
    • Business Enabler
    • Leader / Influencer
    • Strong communication and interpersonal skill required
    • A self-motivator with fast learning
    • Able to handle confidential information
    • Proactive
    • Able to travel within SEA


    Preferred

    • Conversant with Singapore, Malaysia, Indonesia & Philippines Labour Laws
    • Reading and writing skills in Malay
