    Position Summary/Purpose

    A self starter, he/she is responsible for pre-sales support to sales representative and channel partners of the assigned sector (ie Government, Infrastructure, Cement).  In addition to pre-sales presentation, he/she is responsible for developing solution proposal alongside with Business Development as well as Service team.  

    Responsibilities/Main Activities

    • Provide pre-sales presentation to prospects and existing customers during during pre-sales / business development stage
    • Liase with other Hexagon business division as well as 3rd party software and solution provider so as to develop Best in class solution during proposal stage
    • Develop proposal with BD, Service and 3rd party solution provider
    • Ensuring that agreed business strategies are implemented
    • Conduct handover of solution proposal to Project Manager and deliver team
    • Performing SWOT analysis of Hexagon PPM solution against other solutionss and work with 3rd party software and solutions provider to provide the most optimum solution for a prospect 

    Qualifications and Experience Required

    • A Bachelor Degree in one of the following
      • Mechanical Engineering,
      • Chemical Engineering,
      • Civil Engineering
      • Computer Science
    • Minimum 2 years’ experience in business development or pre-sales of enterprise software solution such as Document Control, Project Performance, Engineering Design tools Experience with Government, Infrastructure, Cement
    • Advantageous with Project Management certification from PMI
    • The ability to thrive in a fast paced environment, and be entrepreneurial in nature.
    • Knowledgeable of Indonesian government procurement and tendering process
    • Fluent in Spoken and Written Bahasa Indonesia

    • Successful presentations / demonstrations of solutions to clients
    • Assist sales team to achieving contracts from clients in assigned industries.

    • Define the business needs to shape the pre-sales content
