    Position Summary/Purpose

    A self starter, he/she is responsible for expanding Company solutions in existing accounts and to develop new accounts within the assigned sector.


    This role involves both direct and through partner sales of software and services solutions – primarily to the Steel Service, Fabrication & Construction, Mining, Semi-conductor etc. within theThailand market

    Responsibilities/Main Activities

    • Expand market reach and explore new opportunities to sell Hexagon PPM solutions.
    • Develop new accounts in Thailand and in alternate industries
    • Ensuring that agreed business strategies are implemented
    • Provide monthly sales report and participate in development of sales strategy
    • Liaison with technical support team to provide optimum post sales support to customers
    • Liaison with Project Manager to ensure that projects are delivered on time and within budget
    • Engage with Hexagon PPM SEA pre-sales/BD team to move opportunities forward in Thailand

    Qualifications and Experience Required

    • A Bachelor Degree in one of the following
      • Mechanical Engineering,
      • Civil / Structural Engineering,
      • Chemical Engineering,
    • Minimum 4 years’ experience in software solutions pre-sales/sales in any of the above industry segments (Oil and Gas, Power, Petrochemicals, Mining, Offshore and Shipbuilding and Steel Manufacturing)
    • Prior experience in solutions selling to the above sectors preferred
    • The ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, and be entrepreneurial in nature.
    • Fluent in Spoken and written English

    Current KPI Requirements

    • Successful presentations / demonstrations of solutions leading to request for proposal
    • Assisting sales organisation in achieving contracts from clients
    • Successful delivery of proposed solutions
    • Pentration of the Steel service, Mining, Semi-conductor, etc. within the Thailand market


    • Provide business support to the sales process
    • Assist with developing or combining existing products to address market needs.
    • Identify market need for sales pursuit
    • Qualify customer business needs for the development of sales proposals
    • Define the business needs to shape the pre-sales content
