Hexagon’s Asset Lifecycle Intelligence division is seeking to hire an Executive Payroll Analyst based in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia, you will be expected to handle Finance matters including liaising with internal and external parties, support the accounting, compliance and reporting in APAC. This position is also responsible for processing payroll, claims, year-end taxation for South East Asia, ensuring compliance with legislation for taxation purposes and national employment standards.
Responsiblities:
- Responsible and preparing payroll functions, ensuring payroll is processed on time, accurately, and in compliance with government regulations.
- Prepares payment approval documentation for payroll including taxes and withholdings and other statutory contributions
- Prepares journal entries/accrual and reconciliation related to payroll
- Monthly Sales commission calculation and Sales Rep performance report
- Prepare Sales commissions payout value update to HRIS and payment processing
- Manage and verify monthly and yearly payroll tax returns prepared by external payroll provider.
- Prepares various externally distributed reports for management, Human Resources etc.
- Ensure tax filings accuracy and on time submission to government regulators.
- Ensure compliance with all Corporate and Accounting policies and reporting deadlines
- Ad-hoc projects/reports as required
