- プロジェクトコントロール、プロジェクトマネージメント、コストコントロールなどの知識や経験のある方。（プロジェクトマネージャーの経験など。業界は問いません。）

- ソフトウェアの導入に関しての知識があれば尚可。

- 顧客との良好なコミュニケーションのできる方。

- 英語の読み書き、会話ができる方。（主に社内において海外と使用）

 

Hexagon Asset Lifecycle Intelligence division (formerly PPM) is seeking to hire a Senior Implementation Analyst - EPP (Enterprise Project Performance).

In this position, you are responsible for setup/installation, configuration, and customization of technical solutions, applications, or processes designed for the client’s purchased technology and/or business outcome solutions.

 

Responsibilities:

 

  • Work directly with our internal team and clients to manage initial access, map, and transfer of data.
  • Create process documentation (functional requirements/designs/lessons learned).
  • Train or coordinate training for client.
  • Tests and troubleshoots functionality of installed systems.
  • Identify and document technical issues to be escalated to product and SI teams for resolution.
  • Provide feedback based on client experiences to internal teams for product and process improvements.
  • Work directly with clients on-site or provide project support remotely.
  • Work in conjunction with pre-sales in some activities.

Qualifications and Experience Required

  • Japanese speaker (ideally a Japanese National)
  • English speaker
  • Experience in coordinating internal processes.
  • Project Controls Knowledge and previous experience in projects related to this area.
  • Previous experience in the implementation of Enterprise level solution
  • Ability to work independently and flexibility to travel when necessary.
  • Be self-motivated, flexible and able to take initiative
